The main goal of the project was to thoroughly analyze the current Salesforce implementation with all external systems. In addition to design the future development of Salesforce in the company and then to perform qualified interventions in compliance with the "best practices" principle. Another important goal was to design the Salesforce platform with a new ERP system.
Cooperation with Sprinx Consulting was acquired by ZOOM International s.r.o. in addition to consulting and analytical work together with Salesforce support in terms of software setup and implementation.
